I’ve worked with Sphere AV a couple of times, updating a previous system and installing a new home system. Both times planning and execution were great. Marcus specifically reached out to discuss the details I wanted prior to and followed up afterwards to make sure it was completed perfectly. I would recommend them to others.

Marcus Fennell was super helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly on time as promised. He took great care in figuring out our issue and took the time needed to properly repair/fix our problem. Sphere Home installed our home theater, whole home audio and wireless access points and they are the best..Marcus did the majority of installation and automation for us and I was impressed by his attention to detail. He is awesome!! Chris and his entire crew are very knowledgeable..Thank you so much

I highly recommend this group for your corporate security or A/V needs. Sphere did the original installation of our equipment 6 years ago and has always been very responsive when ongoing maintenance or additions are needed. Marcus and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable in the technology space.

We are very pleased with the service we have received from Sphere, especially Marcus.  He not only is knowledgeable on the various products we have installed, but listens to what we want and need and provides good guidance.  Marcus doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need and watches out for things we may need to think about (like replacing batteries in sensors).  He is always respectful of our time and property and goes above and beyond to be sure we not only are satisfied but that we know how to operate and use what we have.  We can’t say enough good things about Sphere and Marcus.

Sphere Audio Video just finished a project for me at my Smith Lake home. Chris was great to work with! He designed an amazing system to meet my current needs with the ability to expand as my needs change. Marcus installed and programed the Control4 system . He was very thorough and helped me understand how to operate all of the components like a pro! He was even available for follow up questions weeks later!! I highly recommend Sphere Audio Video to anyone with Audio/Video/Lighting/Security/Home Automation needs.

These guys are awesome! They had the monumental task of retrofitting our home security/av/automation system and they were completely up for the challenge! Our old technology just was not working any more with a company that had been sold and no updates were being offered. Sphere Technologies was responsive with bids, thorough in their estimates and super flexible to work with as we added features based on their recommendations along the way! They know their stuff and I found their entire staff to be courteous and very considerate. The installation took some time because of the size of the task but I could not be happier with the final results! Thanks so much Hunter, Barry, Jacob, Marcus, Nick, Chris, and Hayden! It's been a lot of fun!

We have not been able to watch our TV since last Thursday. It is the biggest screwed up mess ever. Sphere has been here 3 times and it is worse now than when they first came. They came back and kept working on the issue and finally got the problem which was complex resolved. I previously rated the a 1 but now I would like to change that to a 5. They satisfied all of my concerns.

Professional and definitely first class! We had a Control 4 company out of Montgomery attempt to repair our system after a devastating lightning strike and after a full year, out of desperation, I called Sphere for help. Chris showed up, assessed, recommended and we were off to a great repair! We mostly worked with Kyle on the install and I cannot say enough for him. He is pretty much a magician! Two weeks later…new system and better than ever! This is the first time we have truly been excited about Control 4! Thank you Sphere…and the whole team! Especially Kyle who still continues to show full interest in our satisfaction!
